Position: Rostering and Scheduling Specialist | Healthcare Services

As a Rostering and Scheduling Specialist, you are responsible for:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients capturing their needs and feedback.
- Communicate and report clients’ needs and feedback to care managers and senior management
- Liaise between clients and care managers and care personnel.
- Undertake scheduling and rostering tasks to ensure uninterrupted service delivery with the adequately qualified care personnel
- Inform clients about any changes to their schedules including staff changes, time changes, and cancellations
- Communicate with the care personnel to keep their availability calendars up-to-date
- Assist with keeping client and personnel files up-to-date and fully compliant
- Assist with correspondence and reporting
- Undertake weekly reporting of rostering and human resources metrics
- Correspond with clients to resolve their problems.
- Develop knowledge about the services delivered and funding programs and provide complete and accurate information about the services to clients.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- Client management experience and demonstrated ability to manage adversity effectively is a must
- Sound understanding of personnel scheduling and rostering tasks in a dynamic environment.
- At least 2 to 3 years of CSR fulfillment experience in any industry (preferably health care dealing with elderlies, etc.)
- Ideally familiar with handling CRM
- Experience working as a healthcare and disability service provider would be an advantage
