  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor finance professionals, conduct performance evaluations, and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to strategic planning with financial insights, support mergers and acquisitions through due diligence, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical standards.
