This role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, user engagement, and customer acquisition through social media, content marketing, and strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in fintech marketing, with expertise in B2C digital campaigns, social media content creation, influencer partnerships, and user growth strategies.
Your Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Strategy & Performance Optimization:
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to acquire and retain fintech users.
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and optimize for conversions and engagement.
- Collaborate with paid media teams to align organic and paid social media efforts.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture online communities across TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with users, answer inquiries, and drive discussions to foster brand trust and advocacy.
- Leverage UGC (User-Generated Content) and influencer partnerships to enhance community engagement.
- Identify, onboard, and manage digital influencers, brand ambassadors, and fintech content creators.
- Co-create engaging content to drive brand visibility and user growth.
- Build long-term relationships with financial influencers and industry experts to establish credibility.
- Develop a compelling content marketing strategy focused on educational and engaging fintech content.
- Create and oversee video content production for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Stay ahead of fintech marketing trends, digital innovations, and emerging social media tactics.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and community building, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Strong expertise in B2C social media marketing, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
- Proven track record in running successful digital campaigns and improving engagement metrics.
- Experience in UGC (User-Generated Content) and video content production.
- Proficiency in TikTok, Meta Business Suite, YouTube, and LinkedIn marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
