Learning And Development
- Create, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and initiatives align with organizational goals and address identified needs. This may include technical skills training, leadership development, compliance training, and more.
- Implement leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future leaders within the organization.
- Conduct assessments and analysis to identify the organization’s learning and development needs, including skills gaps and performance deficiencies.
- Develop or source training materials, resources, and content, including e-learning modules, manuals, videos, and presentations.
- Facilitate training sessions or workshops, either personally or by coordinating external trainers, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and engagement.
- Implement performance evaluation methods to measure the impact of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
- Analyze training data and feedback to make data-driven decisions and improvements.
- Identify cost-effective solutions and leverage external partnerships to enhance program offerings.
- Stay updated on learning technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training delivery including Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Collaborate with People & Culture units and leadership to manage organizational change initiatives and support employees during transitions.
- Assist in change management efforts by preparing employees for changes in processes, technologies, or organizational structure.
- Manage a team of learning and development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance team effectiveness, improve processes, and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Design and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation and growth.
- Work with employees and managers to create individual development plans, track progress, and provide coaching or mentorship when needed.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of supervisors, managers, and executives
- Assist the Sr. Learning & Development Manager in identifying high-potential employees and develop succession plans to ensure a pipeline of talents for key positions.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting engagement and participation in training and development opportunities.
- Ensure a safe, healthy and sustainable workplace for all employees and contractors, report workplace hazards, and provide a safe and positive workplace.
- Complete all necessary training and compliance requirements and professional development opportunities.
