Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of IT projects.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and manage project changes.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure the seamless execution of project tasks.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Technical Involvement:

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project goals.
  • Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and architecture reviews.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of technical requirements and deliverables.
  • Assist in the technical implementation of systems where applicable, whether through configuration, testing, or development oversight.

Business Analysis:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop functional and non-functional requirements documentation.
  • Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders and business users.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test plans and ensuring requirements are met.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role (preferably in IT projects).
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience or involvement in technical development, system implementation, or related technical roles.
  • Proven experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with programming languages, databases, or system integration (e.g., Java, Python, SQL).
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
  • Solid understanding of business analysis techniques (e.g., process mapping, gap analysis).
  • Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Confluence, Visio).
  • Familiarity with technical documentation and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Certifications (preferred but not required):

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or related certification.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications.
