  • Oversee the company's accounting, financial reporting, and operational functions, including the preparation and presentation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other required reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of invoices and payments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a large or global company.
  • CPA certification is required; MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting principles and practices
  • Experience in healthcare industry is preferred
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights to senior management.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating an accounting team.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self starter and can figure things quickly
  • Willing to work night shifts based on client requirements.
