Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's accounting, financial reporting, and operational functions, including the preparation and presentation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other required reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of invoices and payments.
- Support the annual audit process by working with external auditors and tax professionals to maintain compliance with accounting standards and best practices.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to protect the integrity of financial information and safeguard company assets.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial data across the organization.

- Lead and manage a team of PH-based accountants, ensuring the quality and accuracy of their work and processes.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure company compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a large or global company.
- CPA certification is required; MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting principles and practices
- Experience in healthcare industry is preferred
- Proven experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights to senior management.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating an accounting team.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self starter and can figure things quickly
- Willing to work night shifts based on client requirements.
