About the Role

The People and HR Supervisor role is to provide support in analyzing client needs, developing comprehensive proposals and designs, delivering HR solutions to client’s organization.

Responsibilities

  • Participate and contribute to the development of work/engagement plan, engagement timeline, engagement deliverables.
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals, bids, quotations, etc.
  • Identify and analyze opportunities, trends, and areas for improvements to achieve client’s organizational objectives. Provide recommendations, HR solutions based on leading practices.
  • Develop and design framework, organizational structure, job descriptions and other relevant HR functions.
  • Ensure high-quality of work, efficiency and compliance to KPMG policies, practices, and professional standards.
  • Develop and maintain a progress tracker of engagement milestones, tasks, and deliverables. Keep all engagement stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Schedule and walkthroughs, progress for both internal and client.
  • Discuss and validate initial findings and observations with the process owners.
  • Maintain industry knowledge and keep abreast with best practices through involvement in training events, research, articles and thought leadership etc.
  • Collaborate with team members and other KPMG network to capitalize opportunities for growth and development.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development, and preferably with experience in Talent Management and Learning & Development.

Required Skills

  • Understand organizational development principles, theories, and practices.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to organize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent in business writing, report writing, presentation and research skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to proactively engage and consult with other team members across all levels.
