Job description: I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

As the Digital Advertising Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels covering in-house advertising and 3rd party agencies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, creative teams, and technical teams to ensure successful campaign execution and deliver measurable results.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and brand awareness, and conversions.
  • Plan and manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports to optimize return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad copy, graphics, and videos that align with our brand voice and objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and initiatives.
  • Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and other partners to ensure seamless execution of online campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and strengths within the landscape.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and online advertising.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by management.
III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising.

Experience Requirement:

  • Experience of at least three (3) years in advertising agency or advertising position in integrated resort.
  • Certification in Google Ads or other digital advertising platforms.
