Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Commitment to client’s policies and procedures.
- Inbound and outbound calls for the Customer Care Team and bring first point of contact for clients and technicians.
- Communicate regularly throughout the day (both verbally and in writing) to customers, electricians and colleagues.
- Map and plan jobs, schedule and reschedule as required – Job Cycle
- Raise, update and close off jobs and variations – ensure techs identify repair work with integrity.
- Prepare jobs for invoicing and process invoices.
- Raise purchase orders to assist the field team with stock orders.
- Manage and update technician calendar/ schedule.
- Document control for preventive maintenance contracts, test results and update master spreadsheet.
- Sub-contractor licencing and Insurance management
- Technicians & Contractor Inductions
- Any other tasks necessary to facilitate smooth operations of the Customer Care Team
- Maintenance Coordinator
- Project Management
- 2+ years in similar scheduling or coordination role, ideally from the service industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised, reliable, with thorough attention to detail
- Proactive and adaptable, with intuitive grasp of commercial realities
- Proficient at operating MS Office Suite and SimPRO (or similar scheduling software)
- Location: Cebu
- Salary:PHP 50000 - PHP 65000
