About your new Role
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support key financial operations, including accounts receivable reconciliations, monthly financial reporting, and general financial management.
Your day-to-day tasks include:
- Perform account reconciliations of accounts receivable
- Assist in producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries through the accounts inbox.
- Assist in general financial management and analysis
- Reconcile credit card payments
- Send card statements and reminders to all team members
Your qualifications include:
- Experience in Xero platform is required.
- Must have experience with bookkeeping.
- Prior experience in L&D, particularly with the SAP Litmos platform, is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
- Highly detail-oriented and well-organized.
