Clinical Application Specialist
The Clinical Application Specialist will play a key role in driving the marketing and product strategy for our clinical solutions. This role involves conducting market research, gathering customer insights, and developing marketing materials to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. The specialist will ensure in-depth product knowledge and execute strategic initiatives to boost product positioning across various lines of business.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Insights
§ Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
§ Design and execute surveys to gather insights on product performance, customer feedback, and market demands.
§ Analyze research data and provide recommendations to improve product positioning and marketing effectiveness.
Product Knowledge & Content Development
§ Develop in-depth expertise on the company’s clinical products, understanding their applications, benefits, and competitive advantages.
§ Create detailed product write-ups and descriptions for website content, marketing materials, and sales collateral.
§ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product messaging is aligned with clinical and business objectives.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
§ Develop and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, white papers, and digital content.
§ Execute strategic initiatives to enhance product visibility and engagement through targeted marketing campaigns.
§ Work closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Presentations & Stakeholder Engagement
§ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations for internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
§ Act as a subject matter expert in communicating product value propositions effectively.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
§ Partner with the marketing and sales teams to drive go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
§ Work with digital marketing teams to ensure effective online promotion and branding.
§ Support leadership in executing business development initiatives related to product marketing.
Education
Graduate of any medical related course
Experience
§ Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related marketing
§ Background in clinical applications or healthcare sales support
§ Familiarity with digital marketing and content creation
