Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing client relationships, conducting Zoom calls, and working directly with offshore clients. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Conduct regular Zoom meetings with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and build strong partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients’ business needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions based on client requirements.
- Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services.
- Proactively address client issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and project progress.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar role.
- Strong experience conducting virtual client meetings via Zoom or other online platforms.
- Experience working directly with offshore clients, understanding different time zones and cultural dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience in CRM software and account management tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in sales, customer service, or project management.
- Experience in working with international clients in industries such as outsourcing, IT, e-commerce, finance, or marketing.
- Strong analytical skills to track client performance and identify growth opportunities.
