Transition Manager for a BFSI / BPO company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall transition project health.
  • Proactively anticipates risk, partnering with internal and Client stakeholders to mitigate, escalating to leadership where required.
  • Operate and handle various frameworks, tools and technologies that are used in the transitions process.
  • Understand the policies and procedures and use them as guidelines in daily tasks.
  • Track all ongoing transitions and expedite requests for scope and determine key stakeholders needed to support sub-processes and requests.
  • Support teams in gathering relative facts and data.
  • Undertake key activities and tasks utilizing tools needed to successfully execute the transition and expedite process.

  • Key Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience within the BFSI
    • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in handling process transitions is required, preferably in a business process outsourcing setup.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Comfortable communicating with all levels, from front-line leaders to senior leadership
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, assess and adjust to changing priorities.
    • PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred, however not required.
    • Bachelor’s degree holder. (Master’s degree preferred)
