  • Implement IT policies and ensure compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Act as the go-to expert for technical issues, network maintenance, and system integrations.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a motivated professional with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Relevant certifications like CompTIA Network+, CCNA, MCSE, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect (preferred but not required).
  • 3–5 years of progressive IT/ICT experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven expertise in IT infrastructure management, hardware/software maintenance, and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure) and proficiency in Java and Python for IT automation are advantages.
  • Familiarity with website development, content management systems, and hosting environments.
  • A deep understanding of IT compliance standards and data privacy regulations.
