  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role:

The Portfolio Delivery Lead owns the management and successful delivery of all the projects within their business segment. They forge strong relationships with the Segment Head(s) and Transformation Head(s) such that they fully understand the overall roadmap, interdependencies and relative priorities for component projects and have full understanding of how that roadmap will enable the Segment to realize it's objectives for the year and future years to come.

What we're looking for:

  • The Portfolio Delivery Lead (PDL) is the go-to counterpart for planning, execution and delivery of all projects within their Segment and as such develops and retains strong relationships with their Segment and Transformation Heads, as well as other key stakeholders
  • Working closely with the Segment and Transformation Heads they benefit from the opportunity to build and maintain the Projects Roadmap to make sure that this aligns with the Segment's business and transformation objectives, with full understanding of the priorities and dependencies within their roadmap and that of other segments
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and clients, to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Managing a team of program and project managers, the PDL sculpts the projects and ensures that they are correctly staffed with the right level of focus and approach
  • Accountable for the successful delivery of all the projects within their portfolio, the PDL regularly reviews the projects within the portfolio to ensure that they fully understand the challenges faced in each project and are hands-on as required to bring things back on track

How you'll contribute:

  • Proven working experience in project portfolio management with a focus on delivery.
  • Demonstrated building solid relationships with key stakeholders and experience managing external vendors
  • Experience in managing and driving excellence in project teams
  • Extensive experience of all types of testing to include manual, automated, performance, DITL, regression, etc.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools; agile, hybrid and waterfall.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
  • Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead data-driven decision making and promote transparency
