Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the US-based Business Development Manager and the marketing team, ensuring clear and timely communication and coordination of deliverables.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies that align with our company's targets, assisting in both the planning and execution phases.
- Take the lead alongside the US Business Development Manager in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and client meetings, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Manage and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and sales collateral, to support sales efforts.
- Oversee our social media accounts, assisting in content creation to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the US Business Development Manager, including managing client databases, scheduling appointments, and preparing detailed sales reports.
- Assist in crafting sales presentations and proposals, contributing creative ideas and analytical insights.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or a sales support role, with a proven track record of administrative excellence
- Experience in organizing events and managing complex schedules, with a capability to work effectively across different time zones
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for maintaining smooth operational flows
- Basic understanding of sales processes and marketing techniques, with a creative problem-solving approach
- Stable internet connection is required to work from home, but must be willing to work on-site as needed. Work from home site must be in its own room, not a common area with other family members.
- Available to work Monday to Friday, with a schedule of 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM for four days and 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM for one day, to support our US Business Development Manager.
