About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Community & Growth Manager to lead the expansion of HYPETRIBE / SHARETRIBE, a platform that connects creators with startup founders while also hosting high-impact events. This role is crucial in ensuring the platform’s successful launch, fostering a thriving community, and executing growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the launch of the SHARETRIBE platform, ensuring smooth execution based on provided frameworks and strategies.
Community Growth & Engagement:
Drive engagement on social media by requesting relevant content to be posted.
Actively comment and engage with users on TikTok, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and implement outreach methods for onboarding new creators and startup founders.
Creator Onboarding & Engagement:
Build and manage relationships with creators, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Develop community initiatives to increase participation and long-term engagement.
Growth Strategy Execution:
Identify and implement growth hacks to scale community participation.
Ensure strategic outreach based on proven methods.
Data & AI Utilization:
Leverage AI tools for content optimization and audience engagement.
Track key metrics to measure and optimize engagement strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
Social Media Expertise:
Strong understanding of U.S. social media trends, particularly on TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
Knowledge of what’s hot & trending in the U.S. digital creator space.
Flawless English (American-Level Proficiency):
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience managing U.S.-based community platforms.
AI & Growth Marketing Proficiency:
Experience using AI tools for community growth, engagement, and content curation.
Ability to analyze data to improve community engagement.
Bonus Points (Highly Preferred):
Startup & Fundraising Knowledge:
Experience in the startup ecosystem, especially with venture capital, fundraising, and community-driven startup growth.
Community Growth Experience:
Proven track record of building and scaling online communities to 100k+ members.
Prior experience growing a San Francisco-based startup community remotely is a major plus.
