The Portfolio Account Management Officer is responsible for managing and servicing portfolio-
tagged accounts in Business Banking. The officer shall serve as primary contact and lead coordinator servicing and administering assigned portfolio-managed accounts.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handles immediate resolution of simple and complex queries coursed through BB Client Services or directly to PAM’s email.
- Gathers and analyzes information of clients depending on the inquiries and requests received to ensure proper handling of each request.
- Routes offering memo relative to client’s post-booking concerns subject for management’s approval.
- Coordinates with partner units such as BB Client Services, Maintenance, Fulfillment, and Sales to ensure inquiries and requests of internal and external clients are properly handled within agreed TAT.
- Escalates client inquiries, complaints and other concerns and ensure immediate resolution within agreed TAT.
- Coordinates with Sales, Credit, Fulfillment and other units for the credit line renewal of Portfolio Managed accounts.
- Ensures Portfolio Managed accounts are compliant with KYC and Due Diligence requirements of the bank and BSP.
- Prepares weekly individual performance reports to be submitted to PAM TH for team consolidation.
- Recommends process improvement suggestions based on personal day-to-day work experience.
- Handles other admin functions such as system access requests, supplies management and E-proc requests
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
- Preferably working knowledge of bank's corporate and retail loan products, cash management services; worked in corporate/consumer lending or branches, relationship management, product sales/marketing
