Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and governance practices. This role involves helping the Managers/Partners in overseeing ESG projects, guiding junior staff, and collaborating with clients to develop and implement effective ESG strategies. The candidate will also assist in Marketing, creating proposals, presentations, and desktop research.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in sustainability/environment (environmental science/geology) or engineering (chemical/mechanical/mining/sanitary) from reputed institutes in the Philippines with a focus on environment, sustainability and climate change issues.
- Strong and demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
- With 3 years and up of experience in Climate Change, environment and sustainability-related areas preferably with reputed consulting firms, financial services institutions, or research firms
- Training on sustainability frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Familiarity with ESG principles is advantageous.
- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA ESG, LEED) is a plus
