About the Role:

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the successful delivery of multiple projects aligned under one or more programs. The primary focus of this role will be ensuring timely delivery, maintaining transparency, and driving continuous improvement across all program activities through effective management

What we're looking for:

  • Ensure that program objectives, scope, and deliverables are defined in alignment with organizational strategy and that impact of the projects within the program and where appropriate the across segments is well understood.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, schedules, and budgets. Obtain buy-in from all stakeholders, internal and external, and ensure their socialization across project teams. Actively participate in review of all costs and timelines of programs to ensure all necessary stakeholders are aligned
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders to help facilitate the active management of RAAIDs.
  • Ensure standard governance is implemented across all projects in a timely and effective manner so that these tools can be used to achieve transparent communication and ultimately drive decision making thereby keeping the project on track and in budget.
  • Effectively and clearly manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a risk management plan, including risk registers and mitigation strategies.
  • Perform regular and effective risk and issue management to identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues including risk assessments and reviews to ensure effective risk management throughout the program lifecycle.

How you'll contribute:

  • Proven working experience in project management with a focus on delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external vendors
  • Extensive experience of all types of testing to include manual, automated, performance, DITL, regression, etc.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools; agile, hybrid and waterfall.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
  • Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead data-driven decision making and promote transparency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill, with an ability to establish strong collaborative working relationships with cross matrix stakeholders, at all levels, across the organization. Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
