About the role:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Parts Coordinator to assist with managing our inventory, ordering, and distribution of parts in our automotive shop. This role will involve supporting our team in ensuring that all parts are accurately tracked, ordered in a timely manner, and efficiently distributed to meet the needs of our service department
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving and stocking incoming parts and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to order parts as needed.
- Coordinate parts requests for service technicians and customers.
- Prepare and organize parts orders for service jobs.
- Ensure all parts are properly labeled and stored.
- Track backordered or special-order parts and follow up with suppliers.
- Provide administrative support to the service department as needed.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized parts storage area.
- Answer phone calls and assist customers in locating parts or making orders.
Qualifications:
- Relevant work experience is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management systems is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Willing to work around Bacoor, Cavite and BGC, Taguig
