JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Responsible for the overall administrative functions of their organization and often oversee the support of executives.
- Supervise administrative staff under maintenance and liaison, security and healthcare.
- Ensure that the day-to-day operations of admin organization to run smoothly.

- Coordinate/assist Contractor for any preventive facilities building maintenance.
- In-charge of keeping the cleanliness and orderliness of the building.
- In-charge of safe keeping of physical assets of the company.
- In-charge of disposal or assets, machinery and equipment of the company in coordination with finance department.
- In-charge of transportation and shuttle service of the company.
- In-charge of Emergency Response Team and Initiatives of the company.
- Assist in planning of workstation relocation and preparing newly hire employee workstations.
- Coordinate with all other Admin officers.
- Responsible for management of Admin Web Portal
- Coordinate and assist for any renovation projects
- Ensure efficient and smooth functioning of administrative processes, including document management, record keeping, and office procedures.
- Monitor and manage workflow distribution within the administrative team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Presenting root cause analysis of all incidents.
- Admin supervisors will then cascade the information to other stake holders.
- Provide Support: Address and resolve administrative issues, concerns, or conflicts that arise within the team or with other departments.
