JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Responsible for the overall administrative functions of their organization and often oversee the support of executives.
  • Supervise administrative staff under maintenance and liaison, security and healthcare.
  • Ensure that the day-to-day operations of admin organization to run smoothly.

  3. Evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  4. Coordinate/assist Contractor for any preventive facilities building maintenance.
  5. In-charge of keeping the cleanliness and orderliness of the building.
  6. In-charge of safe keeping of physical assets of the company.
  7. In-charge of disposal or assets, machinery and equipment of the company in coordination with finance department.
  8. In-charge of transportation and shuttle service of the company.
  9. In-charge of Emergency Response Team and Initiatives of the company.
  10. Assist in planning of workstation relocation and preparing newly hire employee workstations.
  11. Coordinate with all other Admin officers.
  12. Responsible for management of Admin Web Portal
  13. Coordinate and assist for any renovation projects
  14. Ensure efficient and smooth functioning of administrative processes, including document management, record keeping, and office procedures.
  15. Monitor and manage workflow distribution within the administrative team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  16. Presenting root cause analysis of all incidents.
  17. Admin supervisors will then cascade the information to other stake holders.
  • Provide Support: Address and resolve administrative issues, concerns, or conflicts that arise within the team or with other departments.
