What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in a Project Management role
  • Experience in managing projects and timelines using project management tools
  • Experience in Stakeholder Management (across different roles and levels, as well as across internal and agency partners)
  • Exposure and hands on experience with project management tools (Atlassian and Monday.com preferred but not essential)
  • Windows for production, reports, system mainframe usage etc.
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in the retail and/or franchise industry is not essential but would be highly regarded

What will you do?

  • Manage capacity of the CRM and MarTech team, ensuring the right split of resourcing across our activity
  • Create and manage ticketing for all activity, across Monday.com and Jira, ensuring all campaigns and tasks have the right tickets and set up to manage workflow
  • Help support creating and maintenance of documentation across key areas, including Confluence
  • Assign tasks to team members and track their progress.
  • Ensure that tasks are completed within designated timelines.
  • Help the CRM manager with planning and scoping for upcoming campaign activity
  • Manage the CRM and MarTech activity calendars, creating items for all items
  • Manage sprints, including setting up ceremonies and managing artifacts within sprints.
  • Own, lead and champion process improvements and team collaboration in order to maximise efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure all deadlines are managed and met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting on resourcing and output to appropriate stakeholders
  • Manage day to day program requirements, continuously looking for areas we can improve processes and workflows.
