As a Sales Business Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for assisting the sales channel managers with compliance, reporting and administration tasks, which can evolve to align with the business' strategic goals. You'll be someone who is familiar with creating reporting and extracting insights/trends from that reporting and then presenting that to senior business leaders with actionable ideas (in collaboration with other people in the business).

Handling User maintenance –

Logins creation

IT exceptions,

Sparx management

Weekly invoices review -

Complaints/Feedback management; Archer activity maintenance, -

Assist with Salesforce remediation case management, QA Feedback cases, -

Callibration session co-ordination

Call listening & reporting – compliance reviews, quality observations, verifying mark downs, EIC investigations

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a similar sales BA/ channel support role

Reporting experience

Administration experience

Computer skills relevant to the requirements of the role
