Description

  • Your design talent and exacting standards will help us deliver beautiful and effective work that maintains our brand leadership in the marketplace
  • You'll design projects across a wide variety of print, digital and environmental needs for sales, marketing and communications
  • You'll guide projects through the entire design process, from initial briefs through design and production
  • You'll be an expert in our assets, guidelines and systems, including how and when they are used
  • You’ll work closely with others designers in the studio, sharing ideas and insights, participating in creative reviews, and building a positive and inspiring studio environment
  • You'll leverage studio tools to track the status of work, organizing and maintaining files and internal systems, and proactively staying ahead of any issues

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors degree, certificate, or equivalent practical experience in design or a related field
  • 3 or more years of relevant work in a design, marketing or publishing company, or within a corporate design team
  • An impressive portfolio of work
  • High proficiency in design software including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic proficiency in Figma
  • Strong design skills, especially in layouts, typography and color, as well as expert production knowledge including file setup, image optimization and color management
  • An understanding of the basic principles of design for accessibility
  • A strong command of the English language
  • Passion for creating hard-working assets and systems, and getting it "right" every time
  • A growth mindset; constantly looking for ways to grow skills, improve our processes and methods, and understand the businesses we operate in
  • Attention to detail, in both the work and the workflow
  • Good communication skills, and an ability to break down problems and present goals and ideas clearly and concisely
