The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- With at least 4 years experience in Structural, Architectural and Fit out works
- Knowledgeable in handling contractor and supplier
- With in depth knowledge in CAD softwares, estimation softwares (planswift, sap or any equivalent)
- With effective leadership and team management skills
- Efficient in creating daily and weekly site reports
- Familiarization in site documentations and has background in quality control and assurance processes
- With PRC license (RCE)
- Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
