Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Experience Specialist. The position is based in Makati, with some opportunities for remote work. The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for managing client interactions, providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. The role includes tasks such as handling customer feedback, using CRM tools to manage client information, working with internal teams for issue resolution, and assisting with onboarding new clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service and client relationship management
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in the hospitality or technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
