We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Employee Engagement Manager to lead our efforts in creating a highly engaged and motivated workforce. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of employee engagement programs, managing a team of engagement specialists, and ensuring that the company’s engagement initiatives are aligned with our organizational values and goals. This role will also involve managing external vendors and overseeing contract management for employee programs, events, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute employee engagement programs that align with the company’s goals and values.
• Advocate for a strong company culture and ensure employees feel connected, valued, and supported in their roles.
• Organize employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace.
• Coordinate initiatives focused on employee well-being, including health, work-life balance, and mental health support.
• Develop and implement employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and encourage high performance.
• Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Employee Engagement Specialists, ensuring they have the support, guidance, and training needed to excel in their roles. Lead by example to foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Work closely with HR and other stakeholders to address engagement challenges and provide recommendations for improving the work environment.
• Develop and manage internal communication channels, including surveys and feedback mechanisms, to gauge employee satisfaction and areas for improvement.
• Assist with improving employee retention by fostering strong employee connections during the onboarding process and throughout their employment.
• Analyze engagement data to monitor program effectiveness, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Review and manage contracts with third-party vendors, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in employee engagement, human resources, or organizational development, with a proven track record of successfully managing engagement initiatives and a team.
• Must have experienced driving engagement programs for 1000+ employees, preferably in a BPO setup.
• Experience in negotiating and managing vendor contracts related to employee engagement programs, events, or services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of current trends in employee engagement and workplace wellness.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR regulations.
