The Quality Control Associate ensures that product quality from plans to actual construction is strictly implemented.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze, review plans and specifications, attend pre-bid and construction meetings, monitor
construction activities, and prepare reports to management if problems that need proper action arise.
Arrange trainings/seminars for contractors and technical group on the correct construction and
procedures that will improve the quality standard and reduce construction based on time and/or cost.
Perform research and development by using websites, find articles from magazines and newspapers,
attend seminars and exhibits, invite suppliers who will conduct on new construction products, systems, and methodology.
Transmit correspondences and memoranda to all project groups on useful information and/or lessons
learned from and to each project group.
Random check on the quality of works, construction methods, and performance of materials testing on ongoing
housing units, land development, and open space amenities to confirm product compliance with the
design and specification.
Monitors and submits report for on-going projects in all groups from time to time.
Recommends and implements policies on quality assurance for project implementation
Performs research and development work related to quality assurance.
Review, familiarize, and suggest improvement on some details (if needed) on the plans and the specification
Check and observe security and safety measures from time to time.
Coordinates and prepares a report on the status of every new project from product concept phase to project
implementation phase, as well as documentations such as plans, permits, LTS, etc.
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:
Candidate must be at least a Graduate of Architecture/ Civil
With at least 1 2 years of experience in the real estate industry
