Job Description:
As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and placing high-quality candidates in legal positions with our U.S.-based clients. You will work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their staffing needs, identify the best talent, and guide candidates through the hiring process. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people and making a significant impact on our clients' success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for a variety of legal roles, including paralegals, legal assistants, and other support positions.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and ongoing relationship management.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the legal or staffing industry.
- Familiarity with recruiting for U.S.-based roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for finding and placing top talent.
