This fully remote role involves preparing and reviewing NAV calculations, financial statements, and client reports, collaborating with global teams, and handling daily, weekly, and monthly fund accounting tasks. The ideal candidates will possess a range of accounting experience, with a focus on fund accounting.

Full-time: Remote, independent contractorStarting Date: ASAPWorking Hours: PH working hours, but with overlap with the Bahamas team (2-3 hours)Salary: Based on experience

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review NAV calculations, financial statements, and reports
  • Handle daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist in fund administration and client reporting

Requirements:

Junior Level:

  • 2-3 years of accounting experience (fund accounting a plus)
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
  • Fluent in English

Mid-Level:

  • 5+ years of fund accounting experience
  • CPA/CFA certification preferred
  • Proficiency in IFRS, GAAP

Senior Level:

  • 8+ years of accounting and fund accounting experience
  • CPA certification required
  • Leadership experience and delivering on strict deadlines

General Requirements:

  • Strong Excel and accounting software skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Fluent English (Spanish/Portuguese a plus)
