Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide content management support including creation of process interaction maps, job aids, etc. and coordination with various stakeholders on project work
- Support the Team in managing & responding to requests sent through the intake tools
- Work with the SMEs, Content Owners, Functional Managers and/or Content Analysts in documenting new content or updating existing content using the new content structures
- Responsible for content conversion based on new content standards, developing, editing/updating and archiving documents related to HR, Procurement, and Finance/Payroll across regions (ASPAC, NA, EMEA and LATAM).
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
(Include any required computer skills, certifications, licenses, languages, etc.)
- Knowledge of process documentations and infographics tools
- Instructional design, creative writing or web content editing
- Stakeholder management
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of database management and reports generation
- Knowledge of HTML/website development, MS Office Applications (Excel, etc.)
- Technical writing or process documentation
- Good English communication (oral and written) skills
- Collaboration skills with an employee and customer-focused mindset
- Positive-minded, collaborative interpersonal skills and leadership qualities necessary to build a cohesive, and focused team
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities
- Experience partnering internally and externally to address people-related challenges
Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any specialization
