With a strong track record of delivering exceptional results, they are expanding their team and looking for a passionate and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join them.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing campaigns, maintaining digital platforms, and ensuring the smooth operation of marketing activities. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager who are based in Australia – fantastic opportunity to learn from an expert.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid advertising channels.
- Manage and schedule pre-approved posts across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the marketing calendar.
- Help develop and manage content for email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Create and upload website content, including landing pages, blogs, forms, and media elements (WordPress).
- Implement SEO best practices to increase web traffic and track keyword performance.
- Monitor website analytics and generate performance reports to guide improvements.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as website traffic, email engagement, and lead generation.
- Create dashboards and summaries to present insights to the Marketing Manager.
- Manage and update CRM systems (HubSpot) to ensure accurate data tracking and lead nurturing.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in marketing or coordination roles.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Familiarity with CMS systems, preferably WordPress.
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills (Canva)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and make recommendations.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for learning and creativity.
