  • Manage all incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and website
  • Communicate with prospective clients to gather details for quotes
  • Maintain client details and project information in proprietary job management system
  • Provide administrative support to the owner as needed
  • Update company website and social media pages periodically- contents are provided

Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience in a professional office setting
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Experience with job management systems a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Resourceful self-starter who can work independently
