- Manage all incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and website
- Communicate with prospective clients to gather details for quotes
- Maintain client details and project information in proprietary job management system
- Provide administrative support to the owner as needed
- Update company website and social media pages periodically- contents are provided
- Proven administrative experience in a professional office setting
- Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities
- Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Experience with job management systems a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Resourceful self-starter who can work independently
- Friendly, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
