Site Delivery Head (Alabang)

About the role:
- Client: Working with account leads & portfolio heads on overall delivery responsibility
- People: Coach, mentor and guide. Delegate task and set clear goals to the team. Will manage business operations
- Revenue: Optimize revenue generation and business growth
- Cost Optimization: Lead process improvement efforts to drive efficiency and performance
- Compliance: Working with domain functions to deliver compliance expectations. Responsible in internal, external, DPO, ISO audits etc.
- BCP and Risk Management: Safeguarding the business with the right controls and measures to sustain or improve site operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Drives profitable growth of the site. Responsible for all activities and business operations
- Identifies opportunities and enable delivery of improvements. Promote and deploy operational excellence/continuous improvement on cost optimization/control, waste reduction etc.
- Lead, coach and mentor the team to improve employee satisfaction and to promote internal growth
- Explore and integrate new technologies and methodologies to streamline operations and stay competitive.
- Responsible in stakeholder and client relationship (internal/external). Work closely with different business unit heads to measure productivity and performance.
- Foster a diverse and engaged working environment whilst considering labor legislation and health & safety guidelines
- Responsible in overall governance, compliance of the site. Implement procedures to protect company and client interests, addressing security or compliance issues promptly.
- Analyze performance data, identify trends, forecast demand, and allocate resources to meet business objectives
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure advantageous terms.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- A proven track record of successfully leading different business units/accounts
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Site Lead for a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)/Global Shared Services space & overall experience of 15 years.
- Strong experience in managing customer service, technical, service desk & financial campaigns
- Extensive experience in managing P&L and background in handling transitions.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Candidate must be flexible to work in shifting schedule and to report on-site in Alabang or BGC sites
