Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of BPO operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
- Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance performance.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a growing team of approximately 200 employees.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance team performance, engagement, and productivity.
Recruitment and Retention:
- Drive recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to maintain a high-performing and motivated workforce.
Process Development:
- Design, refine, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for training and operations.
- Ensure all processes align with industry best practices and client expectations.
Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Address client needs and ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
Scalability & Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies for scaling the team and operations to meet growing client demands.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and operational efficiency.
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Oversee scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal coverage.
- Implement efficient systems to maximize productivity.
Continuous Improvement:

Travel:
- Willingness to travel to the U.S. periodically to meet with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Experience:
- 7-10 years of operations management experience in the BPO industry.
- Prior experience in the US healthcare sector is a plus.
