  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing Shipbuilding Software, Inc.'s IT infrastructure.

Role Overview:

The Senior Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing Shipbuilding Software, Inc.'s IT infrastructure. This role ensures continuity in operations during Reshma’s maternity leave and integrates with the existing IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage Azure and Office 365 environments, including provisioning and licensing.

· Configure and maintain Conditional Access, MFA, and CAS security policies.

· Oversee and optimize Copilot integrations and cost management.

· Administer Active Directory, DNS, replication, and GPO settings.

· Maintain and troubleshoot Teams Phone System operations.

· Handle patch management via Sixth Sense and ensure vulnerability remediation.

· Configure and manage SolarWinds products, including HCO, SAM, and ARM.

· Monitor security threats and respond to incidents.

· Automate administrative tasks through PowerShell and batch scripting.

· Support OS upgrades, particularly Windows 11 and EOL servers.

· Implement and refine SSPR solutions across the organization.

· Resolve Syxsense issues in collaboration with the support team.

Qualifications & Skills:

· 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management and system administration.

· Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, and security policies.

· Experience with automation tools, including PowerShell scripting.

· Familiarity with SolarWinds, Sixth Sense, Syxsense, and enterprise security solutions.

· Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience in IT support ticket resolution.

Ability to work remotely and integrate seamlessly with the existing IT team.
