Summary: As a Client Service Associate, you will provide prompt, accurate, and thoughtful support for clients and prospects with premiums of $20,000 or less. Your role will involve various tasks to ensure effective client management and satisfaction.

About The Job

Key Duties:

  • Provide Client Executive support efficiently.
  • Learn and navigate Epic, our agency management system:
    • Complete activities assigned by Client Executives.
    • Enter new prospects or clients and policy lines into Epic.
    • Manage download activities and exceptions.
    • Conduct data entry into PL Rater for accurate quoting.
  • Instruct the invoicing team for accurate transactions.
  • Issue certificates, evidence of insurance, and ID cards.
  • Maintain Surplus Lines documentation within Epic.
  • Assist with issuing policies when required.
  • Send welcome emails on behalf of the Client Executive.
  • Champion renewal and remarket tasks, including quote preparation.
  • Craft accurate documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Provide backup support to team members in their absence.
  • Accept accountability for personal actions and decisions.
  • Adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Show attention to detail and maintain organization in planning.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and proactive approach.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with teammates to achieve common goals.

Skills And Experience

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g., Epic).
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
