Sales Representative - Real Estate Advisory Services (remote)

Are you a high-energy sales professional with a proven track record in real estate sales? We're looking for a top-performing Sales Representative who consistently hits their targets and knows how to turn leads into clients. If you have a history of exceptional sales performance and a passion for real estate, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Proactively research and identify potential clients (home buyers and sellers)
- Establish B2B relationships with mortgage brokers and financial advisors
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Nurture leads, understand their real estate needs, and provide consultative advice
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Manage client onboarding (agreements, fees)
- Maintain detailed records and reporting on sales activities and pipeline
Who You Are:
- Demonstrated success in sales, ideally in the Australian real estate market
- Strong understanding of the Australian real estate market
- Existing relationships with mortgage brokers (a plus)
- Familiarity with the real estate buying process
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- Perfect English proficiency
- Proactive, self-motivated, and takes initiative
- Experience working with international clients (Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, UK)
- Knowledge of real estate software and CRM tools.

- Working hours: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm Melbourne time (AEST)
- Compensation: Base salary + 5% commission
