- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy
- Create and manage content for various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Design graphics and edit videos for social media posts using tools like Canva
- Monitor and engage with followers across all social media channels
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports
- Collaborate with the owner and his wife to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in building consultancy and water leak issues
- Assist with email marketing and newsletter creation
- Support the creation of marketing materials and presentations
- Contribute to overall digital marketing strategy and SEO efforts
- Minimum 20 hours/week Tuesday = 8hrs, Wednesday = 8 hrs and Thursday = 4 hrs. Flexible pending candidates commitment
- During client's business hours from 8 AM to 5PM
- Manage and grow social media presence from the ground up
- Increase brand awareness and engagement through social media campaigns
- Contribute to lead generation and business development efforts
- Support overall online presence improvement, including SEO and website content
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to maximize role value
- Collaborate closely with the owners to understand and promote Consulting’s unique services
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools, especially Canva
- Ability to think creatively and develop engaging content related to building consultancy and water leak issues
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with the construction or consulting industry is a plus
- Proactive approach to bringing new ideas and strategies
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
