As Brand Executive, you will be in-charge of initiating and implementing initiatives to support the building and growth of your assigned brand. Your day-to-day role includes coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as driving or influencing business decisions to help the brand remain competitive and relevant to its target market.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
You must have a bachelor’s degree and you have strong analytical, presentation, planning, organizational skills, and can lead or support a number of projects with tight deadlines. Experience in project management, development and implementation of brand or marketing and sales strategies is an advantage. You must be amenable to be assigned in Taguig with Mondays to Fridays, generally 8:30 am to 5:30 pm shift.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Create and lead implementation of strategies to drive the growth of assigned brand
- Conceptualize marketing campaigns and programs in line with the approved brand strategies to address key business and consumer needs and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support effective planning, implementation and monitoring of these campaigns
- Manage working with creative agencies, vendors and key internal stakeholders such as Market Research, Commercial Planning, Sales, Business Development, Product Development and Supply Chain
- Stay on top of the performance of assigned brand and ensures the brand remains competitive and relevant to its target market through identified product launches, upgrades and image building activities
- Create optimal budget plans to support brand building activities and monitors utilization
- Know and stay in compliance with the letter and spirit of applicable laws, and standards of business conduct reflected in our Code of Conduct and Compliance Policies.
