Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Quezon City. The Human Resources Assistant Generalist will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including HR management, handling HRIS, benefits administration, and training. Daily tasks include managing employee records, assisting with recruitment, conducting new employee orientations, and providing support for employee-related issues. The role requires close collaboration with the HR team and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration and Training
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
