Key Responsibilities

- Communication with Medical Providers: Coordinate with doctors and medical facilities to gather necessary information, schedule appointments, or provide updates.
- Drafting Correspondence: Prepare professional letters to insurance carriers based on specific requirements and case details.
- Administrative Support: Assist with calendar management, meeting coordination, and maintaining organized records.
- Client and Partner Interaction: Serve as a professional point of contact, maintaining excellent relationships with clients, doctors, and insurance representatives.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
