- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on products, services, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required (training will be provided).
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
