Digital Marketing Manager (Digital Sales and Partnership Ecosystem)

Overview: This role focuses on optimizing digital customer experiences and executing marketing initiatives across the company's website, partner websites, and broader digital ecosystems. It combines project management expertise with business analytics to ensure seamless execution of digital strategies and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Management & Product Updates:
- Ensure company and partner platforms operate smoothly with updated features.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to release customer-driven features.
- Optimize content for SEO and monitor page performance.
Customer Journey Mapping & Conversion Optimization:
- Analyze customer feedback and optimize journeys through A/B testing.
- Develop assets to enhance partner marketing experiences.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor journeys, collaborating with the Product Design team to shape effective product and UI/UX strategies.
- Work with Product Design and Tech teams to create tailored customer journey flows for partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as a bridge between marketing, product/underwriting, customer service, product design, sales, and tech teams to ensure a unified, customer-focused approach.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track KPIs, monitor website performance, and report to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience in program management and business analysis, preferably in a digital environment.
- Proven track record of managing websites and driving revenue growth.
- Proficient in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Preferred:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills and experience with project management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
