We are in need of a new member to work on large scale data migration and CRM remediation projects. Supporting our HubSpot Operations team, you will work closely with our services team and our in-house developers to help implement our marketing automation, integration, reconfiguration, sales and service projects as well as providing continued support through the onboarding lifecycle. You will leverage your skills and experience to extract, manipulate and merge large volumes of data from a variety of complex data sources, configure platform automation, and to ensure on-time and efficient delivery of projects.

- Support the Services team in defining business requirements during project scoping
- Implement HubSpot automation across all Hubs
- Collect and analyse data to provide valuable insights for project support
- Manage project timelines and key stakeholders to ensure project delivery aligns with expectations
- Assist in HubSpot account setup tasks
- Configure HubSpot portals
- Create and manage properties or pipelines based on project spreadsheets
- Handle data synchronisation and curation
- Collaborate with development and project teams to implement workflows, ensuring operational efficiency
- Provide progress reports on project status

What happens after you submit your application?
The Whole Process Takes Around 4 Weeks
- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
- We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
- If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
