As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring that clients are not only satisfied but are fully equipped to leverage the company’s services. This role is critical in managing relationships, driving business success, and identifying opportunities for continued partnership and expansion.

What You’ll Own

  • Client Relationship & Growth Strategy – Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, nurturing long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Issue Resolution – Continuously assess client satisfaction, proactively address concerns, and ensure seamless service delivery to maintain client loyalty.
  • Sales & Business Development – Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to the expansion of services, supporting overall business growth.
  • Performance Monitoring & KPI Achievement – Regularly track and report performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure client relationship KPIs are consistently met.
  • Internal Collaboration & Process Improvement – Work closely with internal teams to meet client needs efficiently and help improve internal processes for better service delivery.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Proven Experience in Client-Facing Roles – At least 1 year of experience in roles such as account management, project management, operations, or product management with direct client interaction.
  • Client Relationship Expertise – A strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking – Ability to quickly assess challenges, uncover root causes, and implement effective solutions to enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Organized, Results-Driven & Self-Motivated – Strong organizational skills and a high-energy approach to managing multiple priorities, while working autonomously and delivering results.
