A key focus of this role will be to assist in achieving local certifications for the company’s products, ensuring compliance with domestic standards and enhancing product trustworthiness. The ideal candidate will also drive business growth through strategic partnerships and market development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Certification Support:
  • Work with product, compliance, and regulatory teams to identify and fulfill local certification requirements for ECR and payment solutions.
  • Liaise with domestic certification bodies to ensure timely submission of documents and testing for certifications.
  • Monitor and update the team on changes to local certification standards that may impact product development.
  • Local Market Development:
  • Conduct research to identify local market trends and compliance requirements relevant to the company’s products.
  • Ensure product features align with domestic certification and regulatory standards to meet customer expectations.
  • Strategic Partnerships:
  • Develop relationships with local certification agencies, technology providers, and small businesses to streamline the certification process and improve market adoption.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to position certified products as solutions tailored to local business needs.
  • Sales Enablement:
  • Communicate the value of certified products to small businesses, highlighting compliance and quality as competitive advantages.
