Your mission is to amplify the expertise through stunning visual content and strategic marketing campaigns that captivate and convert.

This role is a dynamic blend of marketing strategy, high-impact presentation design, and captivating visual content creation. You'll be the architect of the brand's visual language, translating complex concepts into engaging marketing materials and presentations that resonate with a discerning audience.

  • Part-time: 10 hours per week to start (will grow into more hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually stunning and persuasive presentations and decks
  • Craft compelling marketing materials, including social media graphics, landing page visuals, and email designs
  • Contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual identity
  • Assist in the development and execution of design-driven marketing campaigns
  • Organize and manage digital asset libraries
  • Help organize the customer journey as it relates to visual marketing.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
  • Expertise in creating high-quality presentations and decks
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
  • A keen eye for visual aesthetics and a strong understanding of design principles
  • Experience in creating visually engaging content for social media and digital platforms
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive, creative, and detail-oriented approach
  • A strong understanding of brand consistency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
