Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist at Drippy Custom. The Sales Specialist will primarily focus on building and maintaining relationships with corporate customers, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales activities, onboarding and training new team members, and overseeing sales management. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual based in the Philippines, who is excited to work with uncapped compensation.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales activities, including outreach to potential clients and closing deals.
  • Onboard, train, and mentor new team members to meet sales targets.
  • Oversee sales management, including performance tracking and reporting.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in corporate sales and events.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent English proficiency.
  • Proven experience in corporate sales or corporate event planning.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for achieving results and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the custom apparel or creative industries is a plus, but not required.
  • Formal education is not required; we value relevant experience and real-world case studies candidates can demonstrate.
